Laine  is the consummate professional. Partnering with her and Arizona Science Center, my colleagues and I at Siemens have been very impressed with her, and are committed to continue working with her as she’s a great example of partnership development and collaboration. 

 Laine is an exceptional individual with the ability to explore any given business opportunity with an open mind, out-of-the-box approach. Her critical thinking skills enable her to recommend innovative solutions to often difficult challenges with confidence. That simple differentiator sets Laine apart from her peers, competitors, and remains a testimony to her steadfastness, and success in all aspects of her life. 

Laine is a true gem of a person...very intelligent and a very accomplished, yet humble executive that all who know her are very inspired by. She is full of knowledge, and also very interested in getting to know and learn from others. She has traveled the world, and is a talented fundraising professional, and a real go-getter, full of ideas and energy! Very few people can do what she can, as her can-do attitude is so welcoming and ignites energy/action in others.

 I worked with Laine on the resource and development side for Child & Family Resources. Laine's passion for helping people and collaboration is infectious. Laine is intelligent, hard-working, and amazing with people. Regardless of the challenge or project she has in front of her, I have no doubt that she exceeds expectations every time. I hope to have the opportunity to work with her in the future. 

 Laine is the consummate development professional. Over the past three years, she elevated CFR's presence in Phoenix into a thriving resource, particularly the MCAP program that allows young parents to reach the self- sufficiency they deserve. Laine is an incredibly conscientious and passionate shining light in our local nonprofit community. 

 I came into relationship with Child & Family Resources in Phoenix while Laine was their Development Officer. Her passion for the mission and creative approaches to involvement have kept me engaged with CFR for 3 years now instead of the one-time donation I'd intended on giving. The updates and newsletters I consistently received were beautiful, and thoughtful notes by hand-written cards or phone calls pulled me back into orbit if I'd disappeared for a while. Laine thoroughly understands that development is built on relationships, and she is attentive and diligent in building and maintaining those relationships.
